Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Visible damage: Do not accept the item and return it immediately with the delivery team
  • Non-visible damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns & Refunds (14-Day Policy)

We accept returns and offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is in original condition
  • The original invoice is provided

Non-Refundable / Restricted Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom installations
  • Ground plantation services

Return Fees

  • Returns are subject to a starting fee of 12 KD (pickup & handling), depending on location and quantity

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days after inspection of the returned item.

Important Note

Natural variations in plants (size, shape, and color) are normal and not considered defects.
